How long does production take?
Allow approximately 8-10 weeks after payment and final artwork approval.
Can I order just one custom snowboard?
Yes. Whether you're creating a one-off snowboard for yourself or ordering a large corporate run, we can produce custom boards in quantities starting from just one. Every board is manufactured to the same high standard regardless of order size.
Can you help with the design of my custom snowboard?
Yes. Although we are not a professional graphic design studio, we have extensive experience working with Adobe Photoshop and have helped many customers bring their ideas to life. From simple logo placement to fully customised artwork, we can assist with developing your concept and preparing it for production. If your project requires advanced illustration or branding, we're also happy to work with artwork supplied by your own designer.
What file types and artwork specifications do you require?
To achieve the highest possible print quality, we recommend supplying artwork as an Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file. Any raster images should be a minimum of 300 DPI at full size to ensure a crisp, professional finish. We can provide digital templates for every snowboard shape, making it easy to position your artwork correctly before production. If you're unsure whether your files are suitable, we're happy to review them and provide advice before printing.
Can I use copyrighted logos or artwork?
You must have the rights or permission to use any logos, images or artwork you supply. We cannot manufacture products that infringe on copyright or trademark laws without the appropriate authorisation.
Can I approve the design before it goes into production?
Absolutely. We won't begin manufacturing until you've reviewed and approved the final digital proof. This gives you the opportunity to request changes and ensures you're completely happy before production starts.
